Cellbricks Therapeutics is a preclinical biotech company based in Berlin and Boston that develops novel implantable tissue grafts for regenerative medicine. Using a patented light-based biofabrication platform, Cellbricks combines biomaterials and human cells to produce vascularized tissue capable of restoring lost organ functions. Initial applications include soft tissue reconstruction and liver regeneration. The company’s goal is to enable the reliable and scalable restoration of tissue functions.

Who we are and what we do
Your role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support routine chemical synthesis, characterization of materials, Quality Control (QC) processes, and support scientific staff in different projects.
The role is on-site laboratory-based and involves following established protocols, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe and well-organized laboratory environment.

Your responsibilities
- Perform routine chemical synthesis and batch production according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare reagents, stock solutions and formulations
- Conduct QC testing and material characterization (e.g. hydrogels and inks)
- Maintain accurate documentation of experiments (batch records, electronic lab notebook and inventory)
- Operate and maintain standard laboratory equipment
- Clean, organize, and sterilize laboratory equipment and workspaces
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or a related field
- Hands-on experience with solution preparation and/or lab synthesis
- Understanding of lab safety and SOP-based work
- Experience with maintaining laboratory electronic lab records
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and structured workflows
- Experience with GLP/GMP or regulated environments is a plus
