FOUNDER’S ASSOCIATE - Internship (Minimum 6 months)

Your role
We are seeking a Founder's Associate to support our managerial operations. You will be working directly and on a daily basis with the founding & management team with the simple goal to getting things done efficiently. You will take over responsibility in various relevant areas, such as operations, strategy, management, and investor relations. As an ideal candidate, you are a future entrepreneur or executive willing to work hard with hands on attitude for at least six to twelve months to get your foot in the door. You will learn from a serial entrepreneur, a former deep-tech investor, an experienced biotech entrepreneur.
Your responsibilities
  • Assist the management team in getting things done regarding daily start-up routines, such as:
    • Operations & general management
    • Marketing & admin tasks
    • Business development, strategy & fundraising
    • Investor relations & reporting
  • Work in the fields of accounting/ finance, HR and help representing the company at events.
  • Take over organisational tasks and administrative responsibilities.
  • General optimization of workflows through finding new solutions saving time and cutting costs.
Your profile
  • You must be enrolled university 
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree with first working experience and great interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills.
  • You recognise yourself in attributes like: fast & "pareto-efficient", relentless, demanding, challenging, driven, communicative, clear, open-minded.
  • Prepared to challenge ideas, processes, and decisions.
  • Strong ability and eager to work hard and autonomously.
  • Very good verbal and written English language skills.
  • Minimum length is 6 month.
